      Yard Sales - What's It All About?

      What prompts apparently sane and sober neighbors to wake up one day and throw their belongings in a pile in the front yard and hang a For Sale sign on it?

      Maybe the signs they put up at the end of the street hold a clue.

      There's one that says, Moving Sale. Ah! They're moving and want to lighten their load of a few things before they go.

      Or maybe the sign says, Garage Sale. No, they're not selling their garage. See their new car parked out on the road. I bet they're trying to reclaim their garage by selling all the stuff that's been collected there over the years.

      Then again, the sign might say, Yard Sale. I doubt the sign has anything to do with selling real estate. In fact, you can't see the yard from all the tables set up out front. I bet they're just looking to make a few dollars by selling a few no longer needed belongings. Maybe they're saving for a family vacation or a
