About this ebook
Z lives confined to a white room, watched by a security system specifically created to hold him. Z is the last one of the thousand children born from artificial wombs, endowed with extraordinary intelligence and physical abilities that put him one step higher on the evolutionary ladder. Z has an escape plan but, in order to succeed, he will have to face his keeper and creator: the Professor, a cold and methodical man, whose intelligence rivals Z’s.

How many dreams can be held on the palm of the hand?
Z looked at the Professor—who had eyes resembling glasses with red lenses—as if he needed a moment to think about the question. The Professor was all dressed in white just like Z.
Do you understand the question, Z?
Z maintained is eyes on the Professor—maybe he had glasses resembling eyes.
Z, please, pay attention. Do you want me to repeat the question?
All,
answered Z.
The Professor accepted the answer with scientific neutrality—he had his fingers entwined over the table separating him form Z—and tapped his thumbs against each other; he moved the hands away from each other and turned the palms upwards.
And on both palms?
he asked.
All.
Z answered with the same certainty present on the previous answer without even glancing at the hands.
The Professor displayed a smirk, pleased to verify the efficiency of a well-planned logic trap.
Does that mean the totality of dreams is divided between both hands?
he asked.
No, the totality is the same in both hands.
How do you explain the contradiction?
Z looked at the Professor’s open hands.
There is no contradiction,
he answered.
If all dreams can be held on the palm of one hand it is not possible to hold them all equally on the palms of both hands without division.
I fail to understand the logic obstacle,
said Z.
The totality of dreams represents infinite possibilities, Z. It would be infinity to the square.
But we are talking about dreams.
Explain the relevance of you statement,
said the Professor.
"Dreams are always infinite
