    In the following we will present a collection of exercises for the abdomen, applied and experimented in practice.

    Within a group, the order of the exercises will respect the order of the basic position standing, sitting, lying down, hanging. The basic positions fit to the exercises of a certain group. The position that is favorable for executing most of the exercises is lying down, this one offering the possibility of moving a half of the body (the inferior limbs plus the pelvis) fixating the other half (the torso).

    The position sitting allows also working the anterior-lateral muscular wall of the abdomen, especially by moving the inferior limbs. Standing and hanging are the positions from which the abdomen exercises are executed, almost exclusively, with the aid of the inferior limbs.

    Beside the present exercises, there can be prepared other exercises also, taking into account that any great intensity exercise, no matter its localization, trains static also the abdominal cinch.
