Big Block Quilt: Providence

About this ebook
A big block quilt is made with fewer, but larger blocks to make your quilt fast and let more of the fabric shine through. This pattern uses 4 - 40 inch square Providence blocks. The Providence block uses squares, half square triangles and quarter square triangles for which detailed instructions are included as well as instructions to finish your quilt all the way through to the binding.

I started creating block and quilt calculators in 2008 to make it easier for me to resize blocks and quilts for my own projects and decided they'd be helpful to other quilters. You can find blocks and other projects on my website as well as my blog. Recently I've begun converting some quilt patterns I've created into electronic format to use on a variety portable devices.
