    Lots of typos, good info though at time contradictory (one chapter said if you need 8 hours or more of sleep you fail the nutrition test, but a few chapters later the book recommended 8 hours of sleep). I would have also loved an explanation of the abbreviations that were used, instead of having to google them myself.

From the very first sentence, I knew that the writer knew NOTHING about what the American dream was.
