    This first manual (of three) provides a spiritual foundation from which you, the reader, can progress and grow on your spiritual path—which no longer can be differentiated from everyday life. For most, their spiritual life and their everyday lives have merged.

    Originally written as a manual to accompany Li Lan’s workshops, chapters include topics on how to “Claim Your Power”, follow “Cosmic Etiquette” and practice “Spiritual Hygiene”. She takes the seeking student one step further by explaining how Spiritual Laws function, and why it is important to know how they work—and how to apply them in everyday life. The guided meditations and processes are designed so that the reader can follow them easily and are very powerful if done consistently.

    As the energies and frequencies of our planet and our solar system rise exponentially to reach ascension levels and both Earth and her inhabitants—humanity—ascend, we will become

    “The Materialization of Spirit and the Spiritualization of Matter”. ( I didn’t coin this, I’m just quoting it. )

    There is / will no longer be a separation between what is spiritual and what is material, as there is / will be a fusion of the two.

    Oneness instead of Duality.

    This manual is still as important today, as it was when I first started to teach its content back in the 90’s. In fact it is more important now as the general population is awakening and planetary ascension draws closer.

      Introduction to the Fourth Edition

      This is now 2012! WOW!!! I can’t believe that we are here!

      I had connected to the Great White Brotherhood of Light and the Ascended Masters back in the early 90’s (1992 to be exact) and as I progressed on my path with them, there came the day that Upstairs—this is how I refer to my collective WB of Light teams, guides and angels—started to push me to write a book.

      By the way, this is a standard request they make of all at a certain point on one’s path with them… And there are reasons for this, but I won’t get into them here…

      It totally irked me that there was a strong sentiment in the spiritual scene, not to mention society and the world, that you weren’t someone unless you had written a book. Being one who came in on the rebel wave, I always rebel against the status quo and like to get people out of their comfort zone, etc… With that being the standard, I of course rebelled against it.

      I immediately said NO!

      I didn’t want to write a book about myself or my journey. I didn’t feel I had anything to say that hadn’t been said before by others (and most likely better…) We were at a still stand and I refused to budge!

      Then in 1997, Upstairs suggested that I put together some material to hand out at a workshop that I was traveling to, to go do in Minnesota (I was living outside of Paris at the time). This way, the participants had something to take with them and could continue doing the practices I was teaching at home. The handout grew and grew and grew … and turned into a manual.

      Upstairs tricked me into writing a book, but I tricked them too, as this is a manual!

      This manual is now the 1st of 3 manuals, and in its fourth edition, (See titles and short descriptions of the other manuals at the end of this intro) and all are how to manuals.

      The Great White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light is all about Self-Empowerment. We are here to give you the tools and the explanations –the how’s and why’s- so that you can be independent and sovereign. We are here to answer questions and to give you feedback (if you feel the need for it…) but we are not here to do it for you. That is your job and responsibility.

      This first manual provides a spiritual foundation from which you can progress and grow on your spiritual path—which no longer can be differentiated from everyday life. For most, their spiritual life and their everyday lives have merged.

There is nothing in this manual that I do not practice on a regular if not daily basis.

      A Compendium of Karmic Releases was written and is recommended for Lightworkers and healers and those who are interested in getting to the core of their problems. We have been granted a very special and important dispensation that has never before been permitted: The dispensation from requiring that karma be healed; the long way; through experiencing and through the process of trial & error.

      With some very simple requests and processes we can now achieve the release of karma quickly and with ease. I was show that as more people reach the point of being able to do these processes, it is like dropping a pebble into a pond and seeing the ripples grow and spread, as more and more people do their Soul Contract work and cancel their (negative) karma and (negative) karmic contracts, the less conflict and negativity there will be, since there will be less promptings of (negative) karmic actions and reactions. The ramifications and potential are staggering!

      This manual is to be considered the complement to Manual #2: Soul Contract Addendum Changes, as the work complements and completes one other.
