Why Can't I sleep?
Night after night lying in bed eyes closed, but not asleep, I couldn't figure out why I wouldn't sleep. After years majoring in psychology, learning about sleep it seemed like I was an expert in a fantasy world. I can teach about sleep but I wasn't able to sleep myself. After speaking to doctors and these self-proclaimed sleep experts
from mattress companies, I have found the mattress wasn't the problem in my sleep. The medicine wasn't the problem in my sleep.
I realized all the stuff I had learned in years of studying sleep, that it was all true, but most is irrelevant 90% of the time. What information do you need and what information is just information? I began to realize a pattern in people with sleeping problems and I created a process to cure these sleeping problems. After testing it, my sleeping disorder that I have had since my childhood went away. I was sleeping better than a baby.
So Why Can't You Sleep? Well, there is a different reason for everyone. Most of them can be solved by taking action. In this book there is a process you can take which will solve 9 out of 10 sleeping problems. The rest of this book will explain what sleep is and which sleeping disorders actually effect getting to sleep or staying asleep. If you like information then go ahead and read everything. If you read the whole book it has the information to put anyone to sleep.
