About this ebook

Whether you are planning a single event or a conference consisting of experts or other individuals interested in a particular subject, you will have to establish a starting point.

There are many books, white papers and reports that have been written on event modeling and how to plan events and conferences. For the most part, they focus on specific events and contain extraneous information that may not be important to you and your event. Depending upon the type of event you are planning, there will be different strategies involved in mapping out how and when each segment of the event will be handled.

The book distills the best ideas, techniques, and strategies for effective conference management and event planning into one concise, immediately useful volume.

Simple & Quick read for beginners. I like how it summarised everything and captured most if not all of an event content. I recently planned a 3-day conference within 2 months, it was hectic but it worked! Now I can imagine planning it for 12 months prior!
