Introduction
The number one reason Brazilian women have plastic surgery:
To keep their jobs.
Do you want to stay looking young without plastic surgery? Are you an actor or model that needs to maintain a natural look, but still want to enhance your appearance? Or, do you just want to enhance your appearance without having to undergo plastic surgery? Then this book is for you.
Don’t get me wrong. I am not against plastic surgery. In fact, I’m in favor of it. I think that if someone wants to get something corrected or enhanced, I’m all for it. It’s remarkable the way surgeons can transform people’s appearances and their lives. However, the problem with plastic surgery is that it is surgery. It’s painful, requires recovery time, has risks, costs a lot of cash up front, and the results often look fake, especially surgery done to the face. Often the person doesn’t end up looking like themselves; they look like an artificially enhanced version.
Enhancing your appearance non-invasively is the way to go. I know what cutting edge medical treatments and procedures are currently available to enhance your looks non-surgically. I know the latest beauty treatments and the best anti-aging supplements. I draw from years of experience working as a nurse for a plastic surgeon, as well as my own personal experience of looking decades younger than my real age.
Although this book is mostly geared toward those over 30, I include a lot of information that will enable a younger person to avoid unnecessary surgery while enhancing their appearance. For instance, I know two medical treatments currently available that permanently remove fat from particular areas non-invasively, without liposuction or mesotherapy. I have a chapter devoted to the only ways currently available to enhance one’s breasts without implants. I have two chapters devoted to information and solutions regarding common beauty problems which are associated with aging.
I have personally tried hundreds of treatments, products and procedures. I’ve tried everything from Red Light LED Therapy to the Dermaroller®; from Lumicell for cellulite to Accent XL. I know what works and what doesn’t. I give unbiased, first-hand, detailed descriptions so that you can make an informed decision about what treatment, product or procedure is right for you. I also provide information regarding how much things cost and where to get them. My knowledge can save you time, money and surgeries.
However, keep in mind that this book isn’t just about looking pretty; it’s also about keeping yourself young and healthy. I will show you how to maintain your youthful looks through living an anti-aging lifestyle, because anti-aging has everything to do with avoiding plastic surgery (unless, of course, you want a nose job). You can’t stay young-looking without practicing an anti-aging regimen. The fillers, peels, and lasers can only do so much.
I am living proof that utilizing alternative methods and practicing an anti-aging regimen works. I have never had an eyejob, lip enhancement, facelift, or necklift. I’ve never tried Botox. I don’t have crow’s feet, wrinkles, bags under my eyes or a turkey neck. I have fresh, dewy skin, full cheeks and a tight jaw line. My skin barely shows any signs of aging. I look much like I’ve always looked, even though I was born in 1959. How did I achieve this?
This is an un-retouched photo of me today, in 2010. I am fifty one years old.
In this book, I reveal exactly what I’ve done so that you can have my results: a natural, youthful appearance that belies your chronological age, all without plastic surgery.

Chapter #1
But You Can Get Better With Age
It would be great if we could just love our natural, aging selves without being worried about wrinkles and sagging skin, but for a lot of women, this just isn’t reality. Brazilian women are not the only ones whose livelihoods depend on their looks. There are American women who rely on looks, too, like actresses, models, and Huge Hefner’s girlfriends. There is ageism in every corner of American business, because there is ageism in our society. It’s just a fact of life, and bemoaning the situation won’t change it.
I saw beautiful actress Teri Hatcher on a TV program talking about the pictures she had posted of herself on Twitter without makeup. She affirmed that the pictures we see of her in ads for the new season of Desperate Housewives involved the use of special lighting and were heavily retouched. I understand the need to remind people that Hollywood glamour isn’t real. However, Teri isn’t on the DH show because she looks like a dumpy, middle-aged woman. She’s on the show because she can be made up to look young and gorgeous; that is what got her a starring role. It isn’t called Frumpy Housewives.
And let’s get even more real: Demi Moore wouldn’t be married to an attractive, young man like Aston Kutcher if she looked typical for her age. I’m sure she has a great personality, but she also looks incredible. She’s pushing fifty but has the tight body of a 25-year-old and the face of a 30-year-old. I don’t know what she’s had done, but I do know that she isn’t aging gracefully. She’s fighting it every step of the way, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s obviously working for her.
Thanks to advancements in the field of anti-aging, we can now actually improve with age instead of going into a slow decline and losing our looks and our faculties. I’m wiser, stronger, and more attractive than I was as a teen. There’s really no comparison between me as a young person and me today. My body has physically improved with age, and so has the rest of me. For instance, when I was eighteen I could hardly bear to stand in a line because of scoliosis and early arthritis in my back. The pain of simply standing was torture. Thanks to modern anti-aging supplements, I can now stand in lines without even noticing my back. My back is younger
in my fifties than it was in my teens.
As for my looks, I didn’t start to get attractive until I reached my mid-thirties. When I was a young adult, I had oily, blemished skin and was very thin. Thanks to anti-aging supplements and treatments, I hit the peak of my attractiveness in my 40s rather than in my 20s.
I started studying anti-aging before the term even existed, back when I was in my twenties. This was during the 1980s. I began by reading the books by Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw, biochemists who devoted their lives to studying anti-aging. Among others, they wrote Life Extension and The Life Extension Companion.
I began following their advice when I was in my twenties. There wasn’t much available back then in terms of supplements, procedures, fillers or any of the many wonderful anti-aging products that are available now, so I did what I could.
Here’s the good news: it is possible to slow down or reverse your aging process so much that anyone who hasn’t seen you for twenty years would recognize you immediately. Many years can go by but, for you, it will seem as if it’s only been a couple.
The bad news: There is no quick and easy fix, no simple solution to maintain a natural, youthful appearance over the course of a lifetime. There is no single supplement you can take, no one procedure a doctor can perform. Fighting the aging process is complicated. It involves taking many steps, and to achieve maximum results, you must maintain discipline and make sacrifices.
More good news: You don’t have to be a celebrity to gain access to the latest anti-aging treatments and procedures. I will show how an average, middle-class person can get the same results the wealthy and privileged get. A lot of the things I’ve done haven’t cost me a dime. The majority of things I did that made a huge difference only cost a few hundred dollars a year.

Chapter #2
Tweaking With Fillers,
Correcting Bad Botox Reactions, And
The Proper Way to Enhance the Lips
If you want to avoid plastic surgery and maintain a fresh naturally youthful appearance throughout your life, there are some things you must do:
1) Start fighting the aging process as early as you can, preferably in your twenties.
2) Control your lifestyle. A recent medical study showed that in over 50% of women, their rate of aging was a direct result of their lifestyle and behavior choices, not genetics.
3) Do routine touch-ups and tweak with certain minor cosmetic procedures every year, while avoiding major surgeries that cut and pull.
4) Take strong anti-aging supplements daily.
5) Follow my Basics of Anti-aging religiously
Start Now
You can start fighting the aging process at any age but the best results will be obtained from slowing down aging before you’ve started showing the signs of it. You can’t wake up one day in your 80’s and decide you want to look 35. That’s not going to be possible. But you can wake up one day in your 30s and decide you want to keep your youthful look well into your 50s, 60s and beyond. The sooner you get started fighting the aging process, the better your results will be.
Tweak Often
Tweaking your looks every year to maintain them is one vital part of keeping a natural, youthful appearance. You must fight the aging changes in your body
