We Need Wind Power

About this ebook
President Obama said, we have a choice to make. In his words, “We can remain one of the worlds leading importers of foreign oil, or we can make the investment that would allow us to become the world’s leading exporter of renewable energy.” Wind energy is the major source of renewable energy he is talking about. You think it would be a perfect solution since it produces no carbon footprint after the wind towers are up and running. However, many people find it far from perfect. Because of their objections, WI counties have severely restricted construction of wind turbines. Some of these concerns are valid, but several WI counties have imposed restrictions that make wind tower construction almost impossible. WI counties should ease their restrictions to allow more construction of wind turbines.
