About this ebook
Critical thinking is how you can make better decisions - how you can explore your options on the way to better decisions. These are some basic techniques to use as you use your critical thinking capacity with even more intention, even more effect.
These are not the only techniques that you can use to improve your critical thinking skills. They are a starting point. Explore the quality of your decision making as you use these techniques and experiment with finding the ones that you are most comfortable with. Also experiment to find the ones that provoke the most thinking - perhaps even the most discomfort.
As you find other information and other tools please let me know what you find and, most importantly, what you think of these tools - perhaps another book, an intermediate level book, on critical thinking is on the horizon!
In the meantime, here's to making sounder decisions - decision making processes that show you more clarity - and a better quality of life.

I’d like to express particular thanks to a few people who were instrumental in this first of the Leadership Mini-Series.
To Michael - who is actually still speaking to me despite the headaches of trying to teach me how to transform a document into a book. Partner, teacher and friend - I could not ask for more.
To Sachiye - who faces problems and challenges alike with aplomb and a smile - and a will of iron
