    In “Finding True Happiness”, author Imre Vallyon explains that to attain true, lasting happiness in our lives we need to first consider whether we are searching in the right direction, in the right way, for happiness. When we reach that point in our Journey when we know that nothing in this physical world can truly give us the lasting happiness we are seeking, we can easily become overwhelmed by the conflicting ideas of the many religions and spiritual traditions in the world.
    Here the author clearly outlines the benefits and drawbacks of the various paths that can lead us to the reconnection with our Divine Source. “So with the understanding of where all these systems came from and how and why they were created, you can be aware of the direction of your chosen path. Then, you go beyond the technique or ritual of that path and you find what you were looking for—Enlightenment, Eternal Life, shining clear and bright within you.”
