    This is a wonderful book that is relivent for all kinds off loss it has lots of very helpful hints on how to move on and take the best care of yourself while healing.I have recomended this book over and over again it is the kind of book you want to have on hand throughout the years it is healpful in many diffent senarious and circomstances I am very grateful to have had the chance to of read this book mand In my opionion everyone should have a copy.
