In Poland, colonels from the former communist Security Service organize a clandestine search for Hitler’s treasure. They engage Budny as a security guard of the mission. Little does he know that it's a suicide mission.
In Brazil, he embarks on a ship and meets her Chief, Bribos, who is smuggling hijacked missiles into the Persian Gulf for terrorists determined to destroy American convoys. The illegal cargo is hidden so well that even the ship's captain is kept in the dark. Budny is the only man onboard, who suspects the corrupt Chief. Bribos hates Budny and plans to see that he doesn't survive the voyage. Will gigantic thermonuclear balls of fire rise over the Persian Gulf or will Budny be able to thwart Bribos's evil scheme?
