What is stress?
We are stressed when we feel that things are becoming too much for us and we feel that we cannot cope with the pressures placed upon us, whether at home or in the workplace.
When our fight or flight system is activated, we see everything as a threat. Our body recognises that we are under stress and thinks we are in danger and reacts accordingly. We overreact to the slightest comment and are constantly in a state of alert. Our fear is exaggerated and our
