About this ebook
Discover How To Unlock Your True Potential With The Introductory Edition Of Home Exercise For Everyone!
The secret to looking better, feeling stronger and living longer is to train naturally, just like the animals in nature
(Note: This version of Home Exercises For Everyone is an introductory edition. It is meant to give you, the reader, the opportunity to try part of the program for yourself at little or no cost. You will get amazing results so long as you follow the program outlined in the introductory edition but just understand that it is not the full program.)
Any animal you can think of is far healthier than any human being. How do they do it? Their secret is that by instinct they exercise everyday using nothing but their own body and bodyweight. Don’t you think there is a lesson there for people as well?
Or put it this way. Think of the physiques you really admire. I suspect what you like about them is that they possess natural muscle and real strength. Gymnasts, dancers and martial artists are all examples of this. What unites them all? Like the animals in nature they all use some form of bodyweight training to achieve their perfect bodies. Don’t you think it would be wise to follow their example?
If this makes sense to you then Home Exercises For Everyone is the book for you. In this book you will discover the holy trilogy of bodyweight training, the three exercises that by themselves will get you in the best shape of your life. Once you have mastered these basics you will then be able to mix and match other bodyweight exercises to suit your individual needs. The advantages of home bodyweight workouts VS old-fashioned gym workouts are legion. They include:
No expensive equipment or health clubs to join
Save time by working out from home in as little as 15 minutes a day
No separate workouts for different parts of your body
No need for long, boring cardio sessions
Bodyweight workouts will energize you!
Regain your youth and vitality
Burn fat off your body like butter under a blowtorch
You’ll dominate any sport you play
Building natural, balanced muscle will help you look your best
With home bodyweight training you’ll feel more dynamic, charismatic, and alive

Home Exercises For Everyone (Introductory Edition) - David Nordmark
Notes On The Introductory Edition
What you are about to read is the introductory edition of my book Home Exercises For Everyone
. It is a stripped down version of this book which you have hopefully gotten for a great price (I’m hoping to give it away for free). The idea behind the introductory edition is to give you a taste of what its bigger brother is all about. For example, this version contains the beginner and intermediate versions of the Holy Trilogy only. The full version contains the advanced version as well as a variety of variations that you can tailor to your workout depending on what you are trying to achieve health and fitness wise. Despite the fact that this book is an introduction to the world of bodyweight training it should not be taken lightly. If you are just starting out the beginner and intermediate versions of the Holy Trilogy will give you all you need to get a great workout in. In fact you could just stick with this workout and get into great shape. Once you have mastered the Holy Trilogy at the intermediate level you will want to consider moving onto the full version.
Regardless of whether you ever do graduate to the full version or not I hope you give the exercises in this book a try. I’m not blowing smoke when I say that the three exercises you are about to learn can get you in great shape in only 15 minutes a day. Try it for yourself and see. Good
