About this ebook
Timothy defends his case for death with dignity. Timothy is tired of living with autism and wonders why some people are allowed to end their life naturally with assisted suicide or death with dignity. Timothy makes his case as to why he thinks autism is terminal. He also explains the service problem people with autism face in the United States hoping to shed light on how he has been denied help.
Timothy says he wants to live but not under the current circumstances that are keeping him autistic. Timothy fully believes there is a cure for autism and does not understand why insurance companies treat him different than people with physical disabilities. Timothy talks about the reasons he would choose death with dignity if he were ever to be allowed to make that decision on his own. Timothy hopes parents realize how serious of a social problem that their children can have when they become adults with autism.
Timothy provides some ideas for parents to help them advocate for better social skills services for their children in this book as well as defends his case for death with dignity. Do you think death with dignity should be a choice people with autism should be allowed to make for themselves? See what Timothy has to say in this book.
Here is an excerpt from "Death with Dignity Why I Should be Allowed to End My Life Naturally Because Of Autism."
"It is scary having autism and feeling like you are different than everyone else and it can be extremely hard on me when I am picked on, singled out, or bullied by my peers like I was in high school and college but for some reason I just keep on fighting. But I do not feel like I should have to keep asking for social skills coaching over and over again when I have a social disorder. It just is not fair that people keep saying that social skills coaching is not medically necessary when I have a social disorder. I do not understand why insurance companies refuse to provi9de treatment that can help cure me from autism and I will never fully understand why the insurance companies want to kill people with autism.
It is the main reason why I would like to pursue the death with dignity option. I do not know what to do anymore but I know I will never get better unless I am able to learn neurotypical social skills from real social skills coaches who can help people with autism."
