About this ebook

New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy launches her sexy Billionaire Bachelors Club series with a lavish bet, a night of carnal desires, and a forever that never seemed possible.

He’s an arrogant billionaire who always gets what he wants, but what if his best friend’s sister is the one person he can’t have?

Billionaire Archer Bancroft always gets what he wants—and he's wanted Ivy Emerson, his best friend's sister, for far too long. Being forbidden and untouchable only makes her more tempting. When a million-dollar bet with his friends throws down a challenge—last bachelor standing takes all—Archer knows he can win. That is, until one enchanted evening with Ivy takes his heart for a ride.

Ivy knows Archer is nothing but bad news: infuriating, arrogant . . . and completely intoxicating. But despite her best efforts, she can't seem to keep away. When a stolen kiss leads to a night of heated passion, Ivy realizes she's in trouble and in head over heels.

But in the light of day, everything seems clearer, and Archer's not so sure a one-night stand is all he wants. Concocting a plan to keep Ivy by his side, Archer might just be willing to lose this bet . . . and win the jackpot instead.

One of my favorite tropes! I love a good hero falls for best friends little sister, I cannot explain it but these types of books always turn out to be my favorites. Archer Bancroft starts out as a cocky, arrogant jerk and I could not wait to watch him fall hard. Then there is Ivy who is a hellcat when it comes to Archer, she wants the man that she knows he is, not the man he portrays to the rest of the world. The banter between the two is hot and feisty, and the romance is even hotter! I will give Archer this, he his a sneaky little bastard the way he ropes Ivy into his world so he doesn't lose her. He offers her an opportunity that is too good to turn down and she definitely reciprocates. The bet Matt, Gage and Archer made was going to be trouble from the very beginning and Archer ends of playing right into Matt's hand. The camaraderie between the three is typical playboy "We Rule the World!", and in the end I was looking forward to Matt and Gage following suit behind Archer. Monica Murphy is very subtle when she lets out hints about Matt and Gage and it left me want to know more about the bachelors and who the women would be that brought them down. Make sure to check out Crave, it is a wonderfully spun world and you will fall in love with these characters!Happy Reading!

I enjoyed Crave, but I was a little frustrated with the plot and wanted more from Archer and Ivy?s romance. There wasn?t really much to the plot as it focused almost exclusively on Archer & Ivy and I would have loved to be more engaged in an overall story line.Archer & Ivy had a very promising start to the novel. They bicker a lot, but its clear that its because there is something more to their relationship that they need to explore. They fall into bed pretty quickly, which is fine, but a good chunk of their scenes involved sex and I just didn?t really believe in their love. I wanted to, but we read more about them screwing then seeing them interact on an intellectual level.Since the whole plot is devoted to Archer and Ivy?s feelings for each other (and how they express that physically), there is really no action, adventure, or mystery to speak of. It is a short, quick read that can be finished in a couple of hours when you?re in the mood for something light and fluffy. While I adore love stories, Crave had too much physical intimacy without allowing the reader to really feel the sparks between Archer & Ivy. It was hard to root for them as a couple since we see more intimate moments than heartfelt ones. The pacing, however, is good and I did enjoy reading it. I recommend it when you?re in the mood for something light and quick as it is a fairly short story and can be read in just a few hours.
