      I’d already been interested in discovering more about these topics and this book was a great as it was easy to digest and gave a good overview.

      Very informative looking forward to putting it into practice, although I think UT will take some getting used to!

      Not sure what to make of the book but i stopped reading when he advocates not eating. "Hunger comes from not eating"...excellent suggestion - so if you never fed babies they would grow up just great then?

      I always wondered why we never got an owner's manual for operating this perfect creation we are "drive-testing". This book should be taught in schools or at least by parents to their children. It would transform their lives for the better.
