About the Author: Mike Shannon is no stranger to the world of real estate as he has been practicing in the field for many years. He first became interested in that field when his parent were looking for a new house as the family started to expand and they simply needed more room. As he saw them struggle to find something on their own unsuccessfully and then find the most appropriate home when they got the help of a real estate agent he decided that he wanted to do that too. He wanted to help persons find their dream home or commercial property. Mike is aware that buying real estate is a costly affair and a major commitment and as such, he ensures that he gives the best advice and takes the time to guide his client through the process. He also made the decision to create a guide to help other find their dream home as well.
