Getting Started with Social Media - Paul Rogers
Introduction to Social Media
So, you have decided to enter the vast world of social media. This might be the first time that you have even contemplated such a thing, or maybe you have already started to use social networks a little bit. Even if you have no idea how to get started, this book will tell you everything that you need to know, with step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand. Of course, this book assumes that you have a computer, or an appropriate computing device (like a tablet or smartphone). It will also assume that you have at least a basic understanding of how to use your device, and how to go about using the Internet. Don’t worry, you don’t need much knowledge, because everything else will be carefully explained.

Here, they can join in discussions together, and interact with the creators of the content.
Here is a list of the different types of social media that you can use:
Social network websites: These are the types of websites that have been discussed briefly already, like Facebook and Twitter.
Video and image networks: These are like regular social websites, but people use them to share images and videos. YouTube is a hugely popular website, where anyone can share their own videos, and possibly even become famous in the
