Checking the labels in convenience meals is one of the measures you can take so as to make sure that you consume meals with no poisonous ingredients. You must also make sure that you only buy convenience meals from credible companies. Some time back unsuspecting beef lovers in Europe were eating horse meat while thinking it is beef. The company responsible for this mess had duped them into believing that they were eating beef.
