      There was a time, not so long ago, when the term Herpes Virus used to send shivers down my spine. Yes, I have gone through all that herpes could throw at me. It often pushed me down, tested my belief, but it couldn’t break me down. It affected my body, the way I live my life, but there was one thing it could never affect, my determination to overcome it. It has been over 30 minutes since I last had a herpes attack. If you are wondering how I achieved what I have, this book gives you a detailed description of my journey in overpowering Herpes Virus and how I feel that virus can be conquered.

      There are two ways of looking at any problem, either you sit in a corner, rue your fate and ultimately fall to the adverse situation, or, you can stand, and fight the issue head-on. The ultimate aim of this book is to increase awareness about Herpes and at the same time induce the feeling that you, as individuals can overcome the disease if you have the will power to do it.
