Other chapters explore the second phase of water renovation and reuse, which is motivated by the need to conserve and reuse water in arid areas. This book discusses as well the policy of zero pollution in the United States, which led to programs of land disposal. This book is intended for biologists, engineers, chemists, agronomists, public health officers, and water resources authorities.
