Introduction
Every person seems to fall within a spectrum of a concept. One person prefers a well-done steak while another would not even go near it. He is right-handed, the other is left-handed or she likes dogs while the other only wants cats. There is nothing wrong with what part of the spectrum one belongs to but it is important to realize that this affects everything she does. An extravert cannot have a job promotion without throwing a party to celebrate while an introvert cannot imagine inviting a crowd in her quiet home just because her job title changed. The personality spectrum somehow dictates and predicts how an individual will react in certain situations, what to choose between two things, when to act on a decision, where to go during free time and who to befriend. It is a reflex sewn in the brain.
Carl Jung theorized that individuals cannot be high on one end of the spectrum without compromising the other end. A solitary-seeker effectively finds resolutions to complicated problems but they are not too keen on having to express the facts to anybody with flair and do it convincingly. Physical expression is the other end of the spectrum and the individuals who retreat mentally are deficient in it. Now, the word deficient

Just because some people can entertain, charm, and interact with others without so much of an effort, it does not mean that people unanimously want to be like them. In fact, the often perceptive but taciturn population does not understand how the expressives
can be the
