Introduction

The convergence of thoughts shared in this book, is found in the much debated and controversial subject: Evolution. There are two dissimilar perspectives on what evolution comprises.

The one standpoint is what biologists refer to as Darwinism: a theory of organic evolution claiming that new species arise and are perpetuated by natural selection: survival of the fittest. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, Darwinism is a theory of the origin and perpetuation of new species of animals and plants that offspring of a given organism vary, that natural selection favors the survival of some of these variations over others, that new species have arisen and may continue to arise by these processes, and that widely divergent groups of plants and animals have arisen from the same ancestors

The other standpoint, is the Biblical viewpoint, namely that God created every species individually and distinct from each other. This also necessitates an advancement or progression in the creative process: a hierarchy in the development from the lowest life forms to the highest: the highest order being man in His image and likeness.

Although Darwinism has been proven erroneous, it is still the most widely recognized ideology. This is the human perspective and how mankind himself afterwards wants to direct the course of human evolution. This is the converging theme of this book: man evolving himself, atom by atom, into a half man half machine superhuman, i.e. a hybrid human being.

Evolution is defined as:

(a) a process in which something passes by degrees to a different stage (especially a more advanced or mature stage);

(b) (biology) the sequence of events involved in the evolutionary development of a species or taxonomic group of organisms: organic evolution; phylogeny; phylogenesis or phylogenetics.

(c) a process of continuous change from a lower, simpler, or worse to a higher, more complex, or better state.

Is Evolution a scientific theory?

What qualifies a theory as a scientific theory? According to the Encyclopedia of Scientific Principles, Laws and Theories, a scientific theory, such as Albert Einstein’s theory of gravity, must

1. Be observable

2. Be reproducible by controlled experiments

3. Make accurate predictions.

In that light, where does evolution stand? Its operation cannot be observed. It cannot be reproduced. And it cannot make accurate predictions. Can evolution even be considered a scientific hypothesis? The same encyclopedia defines a hypothesis as a more tentative observation of facts [than a theory],yet lends itself to deductions that can be experimentally tested.

Evolution necessitates the consciousness of progression or transcendence: i.e. achieving superiority. To achieve this, mankind has turned to computers and computer-based devices to transcend our human condition. This directly alludes to the influence of the Devil, for he said:

Isaiah 14:13-14

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

"To be like the most High" means to be a creator – a maker, a designer, an architect, an inventor and an author of life. But, he cannot create and therefore he perverts what God has created. He uses genetics, heredity, hybreeding, genetic modification, and nowadays also artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, bioengineering, and other highly sophisticated technologies.

Ascend…? Doesn’t that almost sound like transcend? To rise above, to be higher than, and to be better than… Does this sound like the singularity coming?

Ascend (according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary) means to rise to a higher or more powerful position; to rise from a lower level or degree; rising or increasing to higher levels, values, or degrees.

Transcend (according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary) means going beyond the limits of ordinary experience; far better or greater than what is usual.

In the final chapters of this book, the term ‘transcendence’, is much deliberated on. The final frontier is extremely futuristic: man and machine becoming one: the singularity. Imagine that there existed no limitation to what you could do or be, except for those limitations that you impose upon yourself. Is that not what Satan (in the serpent) promised Eve?

Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Do I hear the same desire repeat in Isaiah 14:13 and 14? I will be like the most High. See how this dovetails with Genesis 11:

Genesis 11:6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. The next image shows, to a certain degree, how they picture evolution to climax!

Ray Kurzweil refers to the future machine-human intelligence as reinventing humanity or the singularity. "The Singularity," a period of time he predicts in the next few decades when artificial intelligence will exceed human intelligence, and technologies like genetic engineering, nanotechnology, and computer technology will radically transform human life, enabling mind, body and machine to become one.

To establish the importance of this quantum leap in human evolution, we need to start at the beginning, i.e. the phenomena which bring about a regular change in the essential biological life and consciousness of humanity.

Our approach will be from the Biblical account of ‘Genetics’, the branch of biology that studies heredity and variation in organisms: the very heart of evolution. The premise for our discussion will be terms bringing about the evolution of the human species. Terms such as heredity, genetics, inheritance, genetic modification, transhumanism, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, robotics and HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), amongst others, will be deliberated on. This will ultimately culminate in the antichrist spirit coming down to indwell the man of sin: a human being. This will be the chapter on The Twin Towers, where we will discuss CERN and the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) opening a stargate or wormhole, welcoming that spirit with a dance: the dance of the Nataraja.

Heredity, genetics and inheritance, is of such paramount importance that the Bible painstakingly, lays down every lineages from the first to the last. Why then is it so important to God? Let us look at a few examples as a runway to the rest of the book.

Genesis 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,

The next scripture holds a very deep secret about Adam. Read through it and especially focus on verse 38. Adam’s position and relationship to the Last Adam, Jesus Christ, is central to many scriptures such as:

1 Corinthians 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

This refrain of the two Adams, is found running through all my books, especially Appetite.

Luke 3:23-38

23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,

24 Which was the son of Matthat, which was the son of Levi, which was the son of Melchi, which was the son of Janna, which was the son of Joseph,

It is very important to take note that Jesus is acknowledged as being the root and offspring of David.

Revelations 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Being the offspring of David, makes Him connected to Joseph, as was supposed to be His natural father. This thought runs very deep, when we view the term ‘Heredity’, the transferring of traits from parents to their offspring. He is said to be the offspring of David, an ancestor to Joseph. There is therefore a higher order to the ‘human genome’. Genome refers to the full DNA sequence of an organism: like humans, Homo Sapiens. The higher order is the spirit order. Before anything is manifested in the natural or physical realm, it was spirit. This how the Apostle Paul puts it …

Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

It also ties in with the next scripture:

2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

This thought is weaved into, and expounded on in the chapters on "the Virgin Birth and the Mystery of the natural birth".

It is very important to note that the line of descent is traced through the paternal side of the family: called patrilineage. The seed or blood comes from the male and not the female. The name of the female is the same as the male: Genesis 5:2.

Genesis 5:1-3

1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth: (Read the entire chapter)

Genesis 6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Genesis 10:1 Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.

Genesis 11:10 These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

Now, that you have gone through some of the genealogies in the Bible, ask yourself the question: Why is this so important to God? Can you tell …?

Think about the fact that all born-again children of God, are His descendants: spiritual genes of God. We should be able to trace our pedigree back to Adam in the natural and Jesus Christ in the spiritual.

The terms heredity, genetics, inheritance, genes, chromosomes, etc. are known to almost all of us. We might not know the entire biology of it, but we have heard of it sometime or the other. This book is an endeavor to demystify the whole story of heredity and inheritance, and also to explore the coming singularity of Ray Kurzweil and other transhumanists.

We will deal with the transmission of traits or characteristics from parents to their offspring. Human offspring (descendants) are referred to as children. Male children are sons and female children are daughters. Offspring also means the product of the reproductive processes of an animal or a plant.

In the higher plant and animal life forms, male and female organisms, or at least gametes, are separate. Gametes refer to the sperm and ovum. During copulation, mating or fertilization, a zygote or fertilized egg is formed: this is called a seed. Fertilization is the union of these gametes.

The next question will be: How do these traits or characteristics pass from parents to their offspring? The answer to that question, would be through gene transmission. Genes represent the vehicle for the transmission of traits. Genes are located on chromosomes and consist of DNA. They pass on from parents to their offspring through reproduction. Keep in mind that this process also occurs in the spiritual realms of our existence.

With the new converging technologies (GRINS) becoming part of the evolutionary process, we see a total change in the playfield: man and machine becoming one.

The only way to do justice to the topic we are about to delve into, is for us to have an absolutely thorough understanding of the natural side of genetics and heredity.

To bring the natural and spiritual sides together, it is imperative that I mention the following: ‘Everything in the natural is a type of something spiritual’. Things seen were made from things which cannot be seen, as stated in Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. The higher order of the entire physical creation, happens in the spiritual realms. As our Lord Jesus Christ in prayer: Matthew 6:10, "in earth as it is in heaven".

God, the Creator of the entire universe, including our home, the earth, is Spirit. He dwells in an unseen or spiritual world. It is also true that the attributes or characteristics of the seen world reflect, in more than one way, this invisible Spirit-Being which gave birth to them. This visible world reflects the Creator of it all and resembles the only way for us to see God. To ‘see’ the unseen God, we need to ‘look’ to His creation: the universe, plant and animal life and us as human beings. Each and every part of His creation reflect Him in more than one way.

The Biology (Life Sciences) referred to in the book, will enlighten us to the spirit dimension and also how transhumanists have tapped into it to create a hybrid of man and machine. Remember, Satan cannot create! He perverts what God has already created. Hybrids are perversions!

Bear with me while digging into it, as all of us might not have had the opportunity to study these subjects at school. This is the reason why we need to be spiritual at all times and try to look to the unseen. Let the Holy Spirit, the Author of it all, be your guide throughout this book. We do have the promise that the Spirit of Truth will lead and guide us in all Truth - therefore ‘let go and let God’.

Have you ever wondered why you have the same eye colour as your mother or the same hair colour as your father? Have you ever wondered why Jesus Christ told the Pharisees they were like their father, the devil (John 8:44)? He further said, the lusts of their father they would do. They will do so because they have the same spiritual genes as their father, the Devil. If that be so, then the same applies to the born-again child of God. He or she will have God’s spirit genes and will therefore manifest His Life (i.e. God’s Life) here on earth.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

How often haven’t we heard someone said: he/she looks just like his/her father or mother? This phenomenon is called heredity. It is the passing of traits from parents to their offspring or seed. If this be so, then our Heavenly Father also passed His spirit genes down to each of us.

The carriers of these traits or characteristics from one generation to the next are called genes. From the term gene we get the scientific term genetics, which is the study of heredity.

This should already explain the usage of the term genes when referring to the born-again child of God. Is that the reason why we have the next to Biblical texts?

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

1 Peter 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Luke 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Leviticus 11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

You can only be holy and perfect, when you possess the genes to make you thus, because they are the carriers of perfection and holiness. The word ‘be’ indicates that whatever is needed to be anything, is already present.

Act 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. If you are His offspring – then be…

The dictionary meaning is: to have the quality of being.

A song is just a poem being sung. The lyrics of a song entitled "Be", by Neil Diamond, are:

Be, as a page that aches for a word that speaks of a theme that is timeless;

And the one God would make for your day.

Sing, as a song in search of a voice that is silent;

And the sun God would make for your way.

The expression in the first line of this song, so aptly puts it: "like a page that aches for a word". Beautiful! How that page just wants to give expression. That is how a child of God should earnestly desire to manifest God in his/her live. It almost sounds like Paul in:

2 Corinthians 5:2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:

We will expound on God’s genetics in election and predestination, linked to our spiritual heredity as offspring of God. The way God planned it… We were in Him before the foundation of the world. Every born again child of God is a spiritual gene of Elohim. You are a thought of God, similarly called His Spirit attribute expressed in time and season for God’s purpose to be realized.

Remember, you become a son or daughter of God by birth. It is all about being born! Every birth originates in ‘parents’ and ‘a birth’ process… for you must be born again!
