This book is design to help you understand that you don't have to re-create the wheel in order to be happier, have good health and look great. So many people have found the answers to health and fitness follow their lead and reap the benefits. Read or watch media that successful people have provided and then do the same things they done to get the same results. If you burn more calories then you consumed on any given day then you will begin to lose weight, if you continue this process then you will continue to lose. If you do the same workouts that got a person stronger then you too will begin to get stronger, there may be slight variations based off a persons age, weight and beginning size and strength. Many people have benefited from following the lead of other successful people, you can too. Today, I am in the best shape of my life, I'm happy and I want to thank all those that paved the way for me. I never thought it would be this easy but successful people have either written or made media available about how they found success, all I did was follow their lead. I do their workouts and eat the healthy things they tell me to eat and I love the results, you will too.
