Introduction
The Chile pepper belongs to the kind Capsicum that in turn belongs to the family of the Solanacee, native of the American continent. Today the kind Capsicum is cultivated practically all over the world, in his principal varieties domesticated among which the Capsicum detaches annuum. These plants take the generic name of peppers or chilies when their fruits distinguish him for the most modest dimensions and for a particular hotness.
