. Taking holidays while your business continues to run smoothly is for sure an enviable thing for most of us, right? If we all had the possibility of doing only the pleasant part of our business and spent only minimal time on the rest, it would be great.
You may think these people don’t tell the truth about how much time they really spend working or that they have a huge team all over the world working for them.
The truth is that also successful people work hard, especially when initiating a business and they neither have the budget for paying a whole team of workers. Thus nothing of what you may think is true.
Outsourcing combined with automating is a real option for everyone.
There are three important rules to follow:
1. Automate all tasks that can be automated.
2. If you can not automate a task, outsource it.
3. If a task cannot be outsourced, decide whether it is important at all to be done.
The goal: You and your team concentrate on the core value-added elements of your business. Nothing else.
So first let's have a look at the elements of your business, which can be automated. They include:
