Introduction
I would like to thank and congratulate you for downloading the book, Copywriting: Copywriting Guide For Beginners
Writing an effective copy for the web or print is not as easy as it is thought by many. You need to produce exemplary excellent copywriting for your readers/customers to understand how your business and website works. This will also easily enhance their ease of understanding how the website can help them.
This book looks at the basics that you should consider when producing persuasive copywriting for your website. Before even going through the main ideas in the books consider the following important facts.
Readers don’t view websites and blogs in a similar way they would have done it were it a printed document. There are some three handy features that affect how the users of the web react on online web contents.
Always remember that the web users are not passive but rather they are active. This implies the fact that, if you don’t give them a reason to stay online, they will automatically leave it. At times, you will find that the readers take only less than 30 seconds online. They get there if there is no anything important to them they just leave. Long content is not the type of such readers. Most on-site readers will ignore long contents. If your content is too long, find means of reducing the content to the main points.
You have the three features that affect online readers; Tone of the content, length of the content, and the importance of the content to them. Always take these key points into account.
Prioritize the importance of the basics. Never underestimate them. Never just jump straight to content writing and posting it there. Always try to be effective and precise. And how can you be concise and effective? Let us look out!
