About this ebook
Austrafica is fantality, – and that in short is extended reality and a place on the Fifth Continent where Africa and the Great South Land unite. Finally, there is a place where the land, the animals, and the people can live together in harmony.
Austrafica is about the plight of the animals in Africa brought into this preposterous position by mindless, greedy actions of sticks called humans. Many of us love animals. Maybe we love them even more than we love humans and we ALL need a safe place to live and be and Austrafica is that warm heart.
The 'Circle of Fire' is a group of enlightened people called together by a prophetic dream to make the translocation of animals from Africa to the Great South Land possible. A ginormous converted container ship christened the AA-Deliverance is the vehicle for that.
Astarafus is the Supreme Guide. He comes from a far galaxy and is highly evolved, millions of years old and has taken on a human form for this project. However, he requires no sleep, no food and mostly, imperceptibly levitates.
Everybody gathers for preparation in the coastal city of Cilôto in the friendly country of Zambwana in the south of the African continent, to be shipped to the port village of Bayameendla in Austrafica.
Unfortunately, they are neighbor to the nemesis and despotic, mineral rich Autocratic Republic of Umnzagba where animals are freely hunted for fun, abuse is a favorite pastime and interference in external affairs is passionately practiced.
Animals and humans freely communicate with each other. !Tu the African Bushman even gives lectures how this communication works. Barwon and Yaragara are Aborigine leaders that have prepared their people for this epic event.
There is ranting and musing and there are sermons, oh yes.
Sylvia and Jabulani are two ‘Barefooters,’ some of the many young helpers from around the world who assist the animals in Cilôto with the translocation and they fall in cidasi (love). Sylvia looks after the good of the Rhino and Hippo and Jabulani ensures all the Cats are happy.
The GreenPeas make an appearance on the ocean and mistake the AA-Deliverance for a vessel with evil intentions hijacking animals, and BluBozz the Blue Whale saves the day.
Nightmane the black maned Lion, Speedster the Cheetah, Leopold the Leopard and his cidasi Spotme, Tallneck the Giraffe and Bohlda the matriarch Elephant, Laboon the Baboon, Sumbakaloko the Giant Sable Antelope and Flash the Bushbaby are amongst the many that appear, entertain and communicate with us.
Austrafica has activated energies that are the precursor to Galaxion, the inter-galactic, multiversal re-habitation of sentient beings.

Thank you to my loved ones.
You encouraged my hike along fantasy even when the fantastical element occasionally dried up in my pen plummeting me into the banal, mundane and leading me, fortunately only momentarily, to conclude that it wasn’t worth another thought of effort.
Yes, absolutely thank you for all the support, and thank you to myself for the idea and digging up the inspiration to persistence and perspiration of action, – time and again.
Nearly or perhaps entirely inconceivable a life would be without this infinite online library called the Internet at my fingertips: Google, Youtube, Wikipedea, Gimp, Calibre, Celestia, dictcc, thefreedictionary, thesaurus…many, many more.
Of course music formed an integral part too, – a special thank you to LM Radio from Maputo in Mozambique, you’re pure music magic.
In one significant way or other, in no particular order, these, amongst many, have contributed to the authors’ scope.

Prologue
All composed things are like a dream, a phantom, a drop of dew, a flash of lightning. That is how to meditate on them, that is how to observe them.
~ Diamond Sutra ~
It was a prophetic dream.
Dreams, as we know by now, are the source of all action and change.
We are dream-catchers.
Two continents, Africa and Australia, had been drifting apart for three hundred million years and now wanted to be together again. Animals in Africa were pleading for help because of the repulsive atrocities committed on them and the infliction of unspeakable suffering.
The dream sketched the animals and the flora of Africa in a part of the peacefully dormant, grandiose and breathtakingly beautiful Great South Land. Primeval forces far beyond our comprehension were seeking union and created that dream with providence. From the bosom of the earth and fuelled by the infinite resourcefulness and power of our universe came the quest to preserve life and the desire to unite again. The dream presented itself as a vision of a giant animal translocation into a specially prepared part of the Fifth Continent, where all would be safe. It was seeking fulfillment by nudging some of the sages in this world to action and they had been prepared for this moment unnoticeably through time, and now were called to a ‘Circle of Fire.’ Named appropriately so because everyone who belonged to a Circle of Fire was part of a powerful energy field and was passionately shining his own gift. The core flame, the heart, the vision that was presented for them to pursue, was called the Fire. As soon as more than one joined together with an idea based on a vision born of a prophetic dream, a Circle of Fire was created. A vision would instantiate itself through the creation of a Circle of Fire. That is how a Prophecy comes alive. Observation will show that where a Circle of Fire exists success follows. There are a few Circles of Fire dotted across the human landscape that serve different purposes.
Increasingly humans followed an irrefutable urge, heeding an evolutionary push that already made its presence known during the innocent years of a human’s life. Unobstructed and unadulterated a generation of compassionate and gifted children infiltrated the world to shine their sun in a way beyond the comprehension of the established principles and social norms of ‘growing up,’ ‘settling down,’ and becoming an adult.
How appropriate was it that all Austrafican’s quite naturally were vegetarians? They also abhorred refined products and especially processed sugar, and all those animals chosen would also become vegetarian, long before all the humans on earth could boast the same. Those that could not adapt became extinct eventually at no loss to the universe.
There are many events leading up to the translocation to the new continent. There is ranting and musing and there are sermons. It all comes together in the coastal city of Cilôto in the country of Zambwana in the south of the African continent and ends in the bay of the port village of Byameendla in the Great South Land.
Sylvia and Jabulani are two ‘Barefooters,’ some of the many young helpers who assist the animals in Cilôto with the translocation and they fall in cidasi (love). Sylvia looks after the well being of the Rhino and Hippo and Jabulani makes sure all the Cats are happy.
The GreenPeas make an appearance on the ocean and mistake the AA-Deliverance, the converted container ship that hosts all the animals during the translocation over the ocean, for a vessel with evil intentions hijacking animals, and BluBozz the Blue Whale saves the day.
Nightmane the black maned Lion, Speedster the Cheetah, Leopold the Leopard, Tallneck the Giraffe and Bohlda the matriarch Elephant, Laboon the Baboon, Sumbakaloko the Giant Sable Antelope and Flash the Bushbaby are amongst the many that appear, entertain and communicate with us.
But there were bad forces at play too. Umnzagba is the dictator in the neighboring mineral rich Autocratic Republic of Umnzagba, the ARU. He has the baddest friends, like the nemesis Greek billionaire Zavroz who has great influence in the land down under, and Tim None Hung the Supreme Ruler from NoKoea who likes to play with the Red button of his nuclear missile control system. They all hunt animals for fun and eat a lot of meat, consume too much alcohol and sugar and snort white powder, recklessly and carelessly misbehaving.
There is enormous respect for the traditions and the ‘way of life’ of the original ancestors, and a deep understanding for the history of both continents. We shall never forget you and how close you have brought us to knowing the language of nature, the language of truth.
Austrafica is about the plight of the animals in Africa brought into this preposterous position by mindless, greedy actions. Most of us love animals. Maybe even more than we love humans, and we ALL need a safe place to live and be.
A Galactionary at the back of the book lists and clarifies names of characters and other nouns and acronyms, like Pangaea or ZeMiRA or mageriencing for example, and provides more background information.
Names or nouns are often wordplays, anagrams and or partial concatenations of words. Any resemblance to anyone or anything real or existing in any form whatsoever is like everything else fictitious and the product of an overactive imagination, and, it was never meant to offend.
Numbers are frequently odd to leave space to breathe in between.
Concepts and inventions are obviously copyrighted by the author.
No drugs, alcohol, soft drinks, nootropics, and fast foods were consumed while writing this fantasy except for a daily cup of coffee.
Chapter 1
(Circle of Fire)
The idea of the Elephant is imperishable.
~ Arthur Schopenhauer ~
Sometime in the twenty-first century, somewhere in a remote location in the African bush, timeless sages from the ‘Circle of Fire’ had congregated around a sacred campfire, – to complete a prophecy they had been part of for seventy-seven years.
Astarafus was the supreme guide. In earthly terms someone like a project director; a transcendent, peaceful being; very human at times and always at the forefront helping those who cannot speak. Whatever he did was wholly, faultlessly and flawlessly completed. He was obviously not from this planet. In fact he actually was from a different galaxy altogether.
We will continuously learn from Astarafus as he dwells amongst us. Some of the things he did, or rather didn’t do, underline that fact. For instance he required no sleep in his human form and mostly, imperceptibly levitated. His organism recuperated and rejuvenated in parallel to functioning and producing. His energy intake was not in the form of food and drink although it was possible for him to eat and drink too, but that was mostly for social occasions in the human sphere. Astarafus brought much experience, wisdom and skill with him. In earthly form however he definitely succumbed to certain weaknesses. He absolutely loved the superfast two-wheeled machines. You see, – there were no more roads on his planets and propulsion followed a means of pre-envisioned energy relocation. Leaning curves, or long, twist-the-grip-off straights, – in high-revving, whining engines, – hadn’t existed for millennia. He conceded that man on planet Earth had reached perfection in two-wheeled propagation and it was now solely an industry presenting their products in ever changing fashion statements. And, his being throbbed and twirled with our music. In his world music had progressed to such an extent that it was too much cloud-harping, heavenly exultance and no more sensually lifting, adrenaline pumping melody infusion. These excursions into worldly distractions were also done in parallel to his main role of Supreme Guide, unlike most humans who still struggled to do more than one thing (properly) simultaneously.
Barwon came from the Great South Land to the east. He was a spiritually initiated elder of great distinction, influence and gallantry. His name echoed through the ancestral chain of the original inhabitants of this great continent and he was also the leader and organizer of many in the Great South Land. Stocky and powerful he was a hunky-built man with long blond curly hair, voluptuous lips and sparkling white teeth, strong hands, enviable thigh and calf muscles and an intensely dark skin. A serious look graced his open, big face, capable of melting glaciers when lit by a smile. Barwon was a born master at blowing the Didgeridoo and when the AA-Deliverance with the animals on board finally glided into the bay of Byameendla in Austrafica, his artful playing announced their arrival from afar across the water, answered by the instruments played by his people from the shore.
Yaragara was Barwon’s son and future successor to be. He was taller and even more handsome in appearance than his famous, dignified father. Adept in every trait of his people: from playing the Didgeridoo to finding water when no one believed water to be near, to knowing all about his land, – the plants and animals and the weather, like none other, intrinsically – to communicating with the spirits and telling stories about the Dreaming. He had learned many things in fine academic centers around the world but always remained the Yaragara true to his roots, son of
