- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An eclectic mix of hats which are easy enough to produce by knitters both novice and experienced alike.I was given a digital copy of this book by the publisher Dover via Netgalley in return for an honest unbiased review.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This short book contains patterns for 15 knitted hats, 14 of which are variations on a watch cap. Pretty, interesting, but not much new.I received a review copy of "Margeau Chapeau: A New Perspective on Classic Knit Hats" by Margeau Soboti (Dover) through NetGalley.com.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5reviewed from uncorrected egalley.
nonfiction/knitting patterns - hats. A nice selection of hats (mostly toques/beanies); would make a nice gift for a knitter. This does not include basic knitting instructions, but does provide a variety of patterns for various skill-levels (sometimes I like to review what exactly a yarn-over should look like, but this sort of thing is easily found online or in other knitting reference books). Photographs are beautiful and the pattern instructions appear complete.
