    General David Dawson goes after the Provincial Governor of Iran, also known as the Scorpion, when he is told that his son Robert was captured and executed on the Scorpion's orders. Robert was a DEA agent that was sent to Afghanistan to stop the flow of opium into the United States. To do so, David has to follow the drugs and money to the very end.Torture is a means to the end.
