About this ebook
Now you have the ability to feed yourself and your family for free or at little to no cost to you at all while maintaining a healthy diet that will align your body to become more in-tune with nature. Do you want to virtually have no grocery bill? Would you like to become healthier and reverse aging and many illnesses? If that answer is Yes, You have landed on the right information at the right time.
We are living in an age where over 70% of the food items that are available in our local grocery stores and markets are GMO’s. GMO’s is an abbreviation for Genetically Modified Organisms. They are also known as genetically engineered foods. I consider them to be fake parasitic foods. GMO’s are designed to deteriorate and shutdown your body’s ability to spiritually, mentally and physically thrive in a natural environment. Why buy un-natural, hybrid and laboratory made food items that are designed to only harm you? We are literally paying for our own deaths and demise. Hint: Just because it looks, feels, smells and taste like a food that you are familiar with does not mean that is what it actually is. The creators of these Franken-foods have manipulated the genetic DNA structure of these foods. Hence, they are not designed to nourish the body but to tear it down from the inside out. The positive side of this is that regular everyday folks such as you and I are waking up to this madness and are becoming more and more health-conscious and aware of the games and ill-intent of these food scientist. We must go back to some of the old fashion ways of harvesting food that keep us alive and thriving for us to combat this treachery. Our Ancestors knew the sciences behind maintaining a proper diet and being in sync with nature. They also were very much aware that the sun is what gives our physical bodies as well as the plant/vegetable kingdom life. In the same manner that our blood flows through our veins; the plant/vegetable kingdoms blood called chlorophyll flows through its veins. The chlorophyll aka blood of the plants/vegetables gives our bodies the vital nutrients and minerals we so desperately need to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. They are a wonderful gift to us from The Divine. And, guess what? It’s free.
This foraging cookbook will provide you with some healthy ideas and recipes that you can cultivate and try out for yourself. Feel free to modify and adapt them to your own personal liking. Besides, we all do have differences in our taste buds. These recipes will cost you little to no money to prepare. They also will promote a healthier lifestyle. I tried to use all natural components to create these recipes but some of them may have items within them that you might have to go to the local grocer or markets to pick-up as well. So overall, you will save money on your grocery bill as well as unwanted and unnecessary doctor’s visits.
There is no reason for world hunger to exist when you can literally step outside into your backyard, take a walk into the forest or any of the local terrain where you reside or work near and find tons of free food right at your fingertips. We walk by, step on and cut free food all the time. We think it’s just plain weeds and rubbish. We have fallen for the false illusion that we must follow the brainwashed masses to the grocery store to pick up all of our foodstuffs. That’s not the case. Let’s let nature’s kitchen nourish us and bring us back into alignment with The Divine.

Personally, I feel that we need to observe and study nature and wildlife. We need to start to learn from it. Do you ever take the time to go out into the woods or maybe just sit on your back porch to observe and study the wildlife? If not, you should. It is a wonderful treat indeed. I try to make these observations as much as I can. This is sort of my cardinal rule that I learned from carefully watching the wildlife in my local forest; I will use two particular creatures to illustrate my point. The two creatures are the deer and the bee. Here is my analysis of those two creatures and what I applied to my foraging adventures. The bee usually does not pollinate any plants or vegetation that is poisonous nor will a deer feast upon any plant life or vegetation that is harmful or poisonous to its system. So my general rule is that anything a bee will pollinate and a deer will eat can potentially be consumed as a food source for you.
