About the Author
Introduction
What does it mean to be MIND FULL of your health? We all have an understanding of health and being healthy but being MIND FULL, not just mindful of your health means something far beyond what most of us usually consider. Being MIND FULL as it relates to your personal health reaches past simple awareness towards a state in which your mind is 100% aware of everything involving your health. It means that the moment something falls out of balance in regards to your health, you know exactly what area of your body needs help, what has caused the imbalance and what needs to be done in order to cure the dis-ease.
When you are MIND FULL of your health, a doctor does not need to run test after test to tell you what they think may be going on in your body and no pharmaceutical would be necessary to heal the dis-ease. Because when you are MIND FULL, your mind holds all the power to your health. You may even get to a point where no dis-ease could ever present itself because your mind would protect itself by inhibiting the development of dis-ease. Don’t you want your mind to have that kind of power over your health? I know I do. It would save me thousands of dollars in medical bills and hours spent at the doctor and dealing with health complications amongst other things. Although being MIND FULL of your health may seem out of reach for us, you must realize that it is possible. And because it is possible, we should consistently strive to achieve it. The truth is, if our health is suffering, so is everything else in our life. Our health has to be important to us because without it, we merely exist instead of living.
So how does one become more MIND FULL of their health? Reading this book is the first step. This book is going to enlighten your mind so that you will be on the path to becoming more MIND FULL of your health. If you don’t get anything else out of this book, I want you to understand that we hold all the information we need to be and do whatever it is that we want. The key is to connect with your subconscious and unconscious minds so that eventually, you will begin to live the life that was always meant for you. Your unconscious mind can have many names; God, inspiration or simply your unconscious mind. No matter what you believe, we are all discussing the same thing that happens to us regardless of what we choose to call it.
There are many books that discuss the power of your subconscious and unconscious minds so I won’t waste your time repeating something that you may already have read. Instead, I will simply state the fact that whatever we believe is what we will manifest in our lives. If you strongly believe that you are healthy without a doubt in your mind, then you must realize that this action alone can heal yourself of whatever disease that you have in your body. It may sound too good to be true but know that this is possible.
However, it takes a lot of work to retrain your mind to obtain such miraculous power, which is why we must start creating habits to achieve it. Incantations, vision boards, affirmations, goal setting, etc. — these are our tools to achieve success and align ourselves with actions that affirm our beliefs. For example, if I believe I am healthy, it only makes sense that I eat healthily to affirm this belief because eating unhealthily would detract from this belief.
Are you ready to become MIND FULL of your health? If the answer is yes, then continue reading with an open mind to new possibilities but if you don’t accept what you have read thus far, this book may not be for you. But if you want to know how I went from paying thousands of dollars in medical bills, taking nearly six pills a day and possibly not being able to work to now rarely having to go to the doctor, taking only one pharmaceutical and growing multiple businesses, then continue reading. There is power in simply reading this book for understanding but ideally I want you to take what you’ve learned and use my transformation as proof that it works so you too can start living MIND FULL of your health.
Chapter 1
You Are What You Eat
Your mind is your greatest asset because anything you want to achieve starts with your mind. As I mentioned earlier, it takes consistent effort to retrain your mind to believe it can achieve anything it wants. Since we already know that eating healthily is essential to our belief that we are healthy, I want to spend time explaining what food does to our bodies and why. This way you can begin to see the vital importance of eating healthily.
It may seem like common sense but I feel like many of us ignore the fact that eating unhealthily can cause dis-ease simply due to delayed onset of vitamin deficiency. Usually, nothing happens for years when eating a certain way, and the disease that may occur might be considered normal for certain people. For example, someone who eats healthily may rarely ever get a cold, while someone who consistently eats unhealthily may catch a cold every couple of months. The unhealthy eater may consider this normal because it isn’t a chronic illness and because it happens to many other people. Yet, these other people experiencing the colds probably don’t eat healthily either.
While some of us are in denial of what it means to be healthy, others wait for a dis-ease to present itself after eating unhealthily for years. They fail to believe that simply eating healthily can both prevent and cure their dis-ease. It’s as if to say, Eating unhealthily never caused a problem before, so why consider that it might do now?
and How on Earth does eating healthily cure my condition?
No one is perfect and I must say that I see nothing wrong with an occasional drink and pizza every now and then, but there are so many things people do on a daily basis that are damaging to their bodies. We need to understand that our bodies need care just like everything else
