College kids are turning up dead on New York City streets.
Narc sees the return of Detectives Michael Casoni and Jennifer Santino as they investigate a drugs cartel operating out of Rio in Brazil. With her dark looks, Santino is sent south to Brazil to infiltrate the cartel, whilst Casoni conducts a parallel investigation in New York.
Things are progressing nicely until Santino's cover is blown and her life is hanging by a thread as the Brazilian and American authorities close in.
