Using Visualization and Breathing to Reduce Stress
By Jeff Davidson
In this e-book, you will learn how to use visualization and guided imagery, as well as various breathing techniques, to help reduce stress and to provide you a buffer between action and reaction.
What it Visualization?
Close your eyes and imagine you’re in a quiet room. No one is near, the phone is unplugged. Take a deep breath and enjoy the view in your head. Even imagine that you've already read through this book and you're a master at stress-reduction. Now open your eyes. You’ve just practiced the basics of visualization. Don't you feel better already?

Visualization is one of the easiest, most common methods people use to reduce stress. Chances are most people don't realize that they're doing anything special. They're simply taking a mental break and trying to clear their head before they move on to acknowledge or tackle whatever the latest stressor happens to be.
You’ve Already Been Practicing
How many times have you been bombarded with that one last thing that forced you to close your eyes
