      Saving is important if you really want to get a home. I fix my own car, have never gone to a mechanic and I've taken apart and fixed my computer, TV, cell phone and just about anything you can think of to save money. Too bad I can only muster $35,000 a year. Great little book, would recommend this!

      This gives me hope and motivation on the possibilities of owning a home. I am also a single mother. This video demonstrates how women can do it on their own. In my case, it seems impossible since My Credit got Low which always discourage and disqualified me applying for home. So I'm not sure if this nonprofit organization works internationally by helping single mothers or those whose dream to own a home, But i never give up trying ways to increase my credit and clear those negative items I met my old friend, who taught me how to wiped off negative items and increase my credit score to Excellent am a house owner thanks

      Great book for first time home buyers~ I had issues getting loans even same with my husband and we were really worried. Low credit score, negative items on my card and the most annoying part was that we have been scammed by imposters claiming they were hackers. On a very good day, my husband came across a real, reliable, trustworthy and an excellent specialist at Legit Repairs ORG .

      Great guide for anyone interested in buying homes. Of course a good understanding of the financial and legal aspects are priorities for most buyer, but this book does a great job of encompassing the entire home buying process -- where to live, picking the right home, need for patience. This book is concise and well rounded, but includes the necessary details. Well organized and easy to find relevant details quickly. I love it.

      This book is a fantastic one-stop-how-to-buy guide to purchasing a home! It’s easy to read, easy to follow, and really easy to navigate. The summaries at the end of each chapter and the lists make referring back to important topics a breeze! I feel it’s not only for first timers, but is a great refresher for subsequent home buyers! Highly recommended!

      So glad I bought this book! It walked me through everything I needed to know for buying our first house. Sometimes I'd forget to read the next section and be so sorry I hadn't. This book is filled with so much valuable information! The perfect book for those looking to buy their first home, whether its a new house, old house, condo, co-op, fixer upper, etc. this book covers some very important information about each and what to consider. 9.5/10 Highly recommended~

      I've read over half the book so far and it's been great. It's an easy read but it's not so easy that they make you feel dumb. I now feel a lot more prepared for buying a house this year! Very happy with the purchase. I love the second last chapter. It’s super helpful.

      I actually got this book from a friend. This book is short, easy to read, i spoke to home buyers as i was reading this book their mistakes were the same warnings in this book and their advice after learning matched the advice here. Definitely worth becoming knowledgeable in this type of financial decision.

The sheer magnitude of the task of buying a home alone dampens your spirits and you begin doubting you could ever buy a home.

    However, the admittedly unknown and often daunting territory of buying a home should not dissuade you from getting a home. If you want to avoid feeling too misplaced or weighed down during the entire process of buying a house, zero in on the two basic guiding principles of effective research and abiding thoroughness. Your buying choices must be backed up by an ample amount of research and you must not leave any corner unturned. You must be extremely, hair-splittingly thorough and diligent in the home buying process.

    When you stumble across the phenomenon of buying a home, you will find that there will be a myriad of different challenges. Some will be very easy, like picking the right location and then there will be some, which will require professional help and advice, like managing funds and home-buying loans.

    With the help of this detailed, in-depth tutorial, the entire buying process will become much easier. You will know exactly what to expect.     Often, homebuyers get overwhelmed during the low mortgages season. The housing market is not stagnant, they fluctuate – a lot. Due to many reasons, during the low mortgage season, it feels like it's the right time and you feel sure that this is the prime time to buy a home. However, you must not get swayed by the suitability of the time alone. There are many things that need to be kept in mind when buying a home, even if the time seems incredibly right. Just because the time is right, it does not mean it is the right time for you, especially if you will be moving soon. If the prospect of moving is in the near future, investing in a house will not be a good idea.

    So Much to Buy – Such Little Money

    Always remember that big money is involved when you are buying a house. Extra features, which seem rather extremely appealing, will involve a large amount of money and that added little facet of wooden windows will cost you a lot.
