    Super well written with frequent yet brief explanation of reasoning behind certain tactics. There are so many books on proposal writing (I have unfortunately browsed 25+ here on Scribd), and when you come across one that holds your interest, despite the most boring subject, and is written in a way you WISH you could write, feel thankful and go outside-- your search is now complete. This is that book.
