About this ebook

Pain can really drag us down. And this is especially the case for anyone who experiences chronic illness. We can feel like our life is a constant uphill battle. We can also feel paralyzed within the walls of pain that don’t seem to cease for long, if at all.

This perception that we are always in pain can also reduce our life to its basics and even below. If we are in pain all the time, we probably won’t feel like taking long walks, going to the river for a walk or go on any hiking escapades. Yet, exercise and especially walking outdoors can be one of the single-most important things that you can for yourself to feel better and to have a better quality of life.

However, it need not be this way. We can live a better and more meaningful life. In this e-book, I will show you how to change your perceptions of pain to something that is more manageable.

I want to start by saying that your pain is not something that you imagine. It is real, and it can negatively impact our lives. However, I have also come to realize that simply by being more mindful and by trying to stop some of the negative stories that we tell ourselves over and over about our pain, we can live a much better and more fulfilled life. I will show you how in this e-book.
