Jim McGrody is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Jim has worked over twenty-seven years in the restaurant industry. He is currently the Director of Food and Nutrition at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, North Carolina. He lives with his wife, Alicia, and their son.
