He goes through everything with his new family and gets a wealth of knowledge on how to deal with and understand the different terms used in a hospitalwhich is all new to him, because he is not human. Meelly sometimes cannot understand what is going on, but thats what makes his new life with his sister so special; they are learning it together. Just to be there for a human is something exciting for Meelly, and he is so thankful that the kind lady picked him from the toy store.
