This practical book looks at the fundamental principles that underpin the process of architectural illustration: to represent architectural design and the built environment in a way that the general public can understand. Focusing particularly on watercolour, it explains the full process from site sketching to finished rendering. Peter Jarvis is an award-winning artist and illustrator specializing in architectural illustration for use in the publishing, advertising and building sectors. Peter runs workshops in drawing and watercolour rendering, and is an active member of Urban Sketchers Southampton. He is a Fellow of the society of Architectural Illustration (SAI) for which he served two years as president.
