Is there an element of truth in every fantasy story we are told?
I remembered the stories about a mysterious place called Streamland in the Christmas dimension which my Father had told me about over thirty years ago. These were the stories about fantastic monsters and unbelievable creations which my Grandfather had seen.
Ranger Wilson, my Grandfather was a sailor and his ship had discovered the mysterious land in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. He returned home after five years from his voyages around the globe in 1863. My father told me that it was in 1865 when Grandfather went back to sea that he disappeared. Ranger Wilson was on a quest to bring back the treasures of the island, but he never returned home.
What were the treasures on the Island that made my Grandfather return to that dreaded place? How was he sure that he would find the treasures, as there was no one who had ever seen or visited Streamland.
The treasures of the land were protected by the Guardians or so it was believed. It was also said that Streamland had
