    In this first trilogy the author try to transmit in the simplest possible terms one of the most burning and elusive aspects of spiritual research: the Awakening. Despite the delicacy of the contents treated, the author uses a language accessible to all without for this to distort or sacrifice the essence and depth of the teaching transmitted. In addition to accessibility, another strong point of this work is pragmatism: most of the chapters are accompanied by concrete examples, practical hints, diagrams, figures and illustrations aimed at simplifying the topics covered. The author therefore seeks to fill those gaps due precisely to the lack of concreteness and the ambiguity of some teachings related to spirituality or simple personal growth. In Short, although this reading requires a minimum of dedication on the part of the reader, nothing forbids a person who has not undertaken any spiritual path to engage in self-liberation from the spells of his own Mind, waking up from collective hypnosis and – why not – achieving awakening from the Planetary dream.
