About this ebook
Coup `66 is a collection of unforgettable poignancies in the sense that it contains sad and piteous poems; I will want the world to take note of. Naturally, no one will like to read something that could sadden his mood but no matter how we shun it, it still remains in our mind and in the world, therefore let’s throw away pretence and identify these sad things that are crying for a change.
Considering its name “COUP `66,” we all know that coup is a forceful change of government, most times from democracy to dictatorship. In other words, “COUP `66” is a collection of poems that will forcefully change ones mood from happiness to sadness: an overthrow of moods.

Coup `66 - Emmanuel Aghado
PREFACE
I believe this book was written solely from the outcome of a melancholic temperament. Everyone in this world experiences changes in moods or states of condition, but melancholic people tends to be creative on any type of mood they are in, be it a happy mood or a sad mood. This is just a creativity born out of a sad mood.
With my personal knowledge of the author and having read his previous poetry 101 Short Love Poems
born out of a happy mood, I believe he has done it again by invading the reader’s thoughts with sadness, pity and poignancy.
I like sad poems the same way sad love songs feel good when they are being played, that same way, sad poems sounds great when they are being read. So you’re gonna enjoy it.
