Description
Who is holding you accountable to stepping into your greatness, healing your traumas and living your best life? We hear a lot in personal growth circles the “importance of accountability”. In my opinion it’s the biggest factor to moving through blockages and achieving your goals. Not just corporate, career or business goals, but personal growth, healing and happiness goals! When we intentionally place people and mechanisms in our lives that will hold us accountable, we improve our odds of living with integrity and doing the things we say we will do. But when we remove accountability, not only are we playing small but we’re setting ourselves up for disappointment, stress, anxiety, fear, limiting beliefs, lackluster results and the downward spiral. In this episode I’m not going to share with you the importance of accountability and why you should have some sort of accountability measures in your life. Instead, I’m sharing with you my personal examples of what has happened when I’ve had people and tools hold me accountable to my greatness, and what has happened when I removed those things from my life. I’m also sharing with you my favorite accountability tool along with a surprise for Having It A.L.L. listeners that will keep you accountable and playing for greatness!
