There is a lot of very specific and helpful advice in the book - solely reading it will not change much, but taking it to heart and making a conscientious effort to actively pursue these principles will.

The book has interesting bits of information throughout. It was helpful in determining areas of stress as well as offering suggestions on how to help minimize bad stress in our lives; because some stress is 'good' for us, as well as what to do with stress that is already there.

I wish more books were immediately applicable and effective like it. Many of the techniques or ways of thinking worked for me. I return to the book when I am feeling particularly anxious and I am always able to snap out of it.
