YAMAHA YB100/FS1

am currently attempting to fit a YB100 engine into a FS1 frame. It's not without its problems, such as footrests not fitting around the engine, but the issue which puzzles me is the wiring loom. The FS1 loom is fairly uncomplicated, and seeing as the YB engine has the same number of wires coming off of it, I'm hopeful it's a direct swap. However, the generator area on the
