    Amendment I

    The African Diaspora populations are Protected Class Citizens, and all harm and/or crimes against a person of the African Diaspora will serve a minimum of 1 year in Federal Prison. Also, 6-month mandatory Social Justice Training that includes Pan-Africanism History instructed by someone from the African Diaspora to provide content and context on all crimes committed by every population in the world against people of the African Diaspora.

    Black people are to be protected, and we will teach what humanity chooses to ignore blatantly.

    Amendment II

    The right to claim Gender Expression is to the discretion of the Independent, even if an Independent does not claim to be identified as they present. It is unlawful to identify them based on personal opinion rather than how that person chose to be identified.

    Refer to a person as they wish to be referred, when in doubt, identify them by their name.

    Amendment III

    All Veterans will receive lifelong physical, mental, non/spiritual, and emotional care provided by the Veterans Health Administration. To reduce Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders and provide full acclimation into Civilian Life.

    Veterans are to be provided with lifelong free health care and benefits.

    All People are created equal, and all religious/spiritual people are to freely partake in their practices. As long as their impact and/or intent do not impede the freedom of another
